1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using a Happy Appy app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Apps
Happy Appy provides consumer mobile apps, each designed for a specific purpose. Features, availability, and pricing may vary by app and may change over time.
3. Purchases & Subscriptions
Some apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions billed through the applicable app store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your app-store account settings. Payments, refunds, and renewals are governed by the app store's terms in addition to these.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the apps, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer them except as permitted by law, or use them for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the content you create or upload.
5. Intellectual Property
The Happy Appy apps, brand, and content are our property or that of our licensors. Your license to use an app does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. Content you create remains yours.
6. Disclaimers
The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Outputs such as generated plans, patterns, transcriptions, suggestions, or calculations are provided for convenience and may contain errors — verify them before relying on them.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happy Appy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.
8. Changes & Termination
We may update these terms or discontinue an app at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
